NEW FULL-SERVICE BANQUET FACILITY OPENS IN CHARLOTTE
Charlotte, NC-(Dec. 17, 2002)-`Don Pedro' Mexican restaurant has opened a full-service banquet facility adjacent to their restaurant in the Independence Promenade on Independence Blvd.
Co-owner, Clemente Rodriguez, says the room will accommodate groups of 12 to 140. “We realize there is a growing need in this area for a first quality venue with complete food service and audio/visual equipment,” says Clemente, “and that's what we are pleased to offer at a very reasonable price.”
Clemente also says they will provide a special service to non-profit organizations by waiving the normal room rental fee (meal service required).

Clemente says the venue is suitable for meetings, seminars, workshops, receptions, birthday parties, reunions or any special event. The facility and services are available for morning, afternoon, evening or day-long events.
Don Pedro Mexican restaurant and banquet facility is located in the former site of the Comedy Zone and is the latest addition to the family of Azteca Mexican restaurants in Charlotte, Matthews, Gastonia, Burlington and High Point.
