Blessed with great weather, a fabulous team and poison ivy notwithstanding, the Dianne Chase (black baseball cap) crew slashed, cut and cleared a mile and a half of incredibly overgrown vegetation at Freedom Park. All to the surprise of a Parks and Recreation coordinator who had said "There is no way you will be able to complete the project but whatever you could do would be great".
